Simply drop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your inquiry. Please indicate:
The date of your event (to make sure we are available on that date)
How many people will be attending (to determine the size/amount needed)
The specific design or idea you have in mind. (Please attach any photos)
Delivery address, if requesting delivery. Free pick up always available.
We will reply to you with 24 hours, if we are available for that date, we will include a price quote. If you decide to order, we will forward our order outline where you will provide your address, phone number, cake/dessert flavors, packaging and delivery/pickup details. Once this information is received, an invoice will be forwarded to pay online.
We understand that some prefer to speak to us by phone. Email is our preferred contact method for the following reasons:
Instructions and details can be missed, forgotten or misunderstood over the phone.
Email allow us time to research and provide a complete response.
We always answer our emails, (sometimes after everyone else has gone to bed).
How far in advance do I need to order?
You should place your order as soon as your event details are confirmed. Weekend dates fill up quickly (especially around holidays). While we do try to accommodate last minute requests, we are often fully booked and unable to take on additional orders the week of the event.
Can I try your cakes before ordering?
We make only custom cakes/desserts. We bake specifically for each customer. It is similar to going to a restaurant. The only way to try something on the menu is to order. Please remember that everyone has different tastes. Even if you like/dislike the taste of the cake, your guests may have a different opinion.
Exception: We do offer cake tastings for wedding customers. There is a $25 charge and appointments are necessary.
